Conference Rooms

CAN Mezzanine provide - exclusively to Charities and Social Enterprises - a wide range of conference and board rooms that can accommodate up to 100 people in Old Street, 60 people Borough and up to 24 in Hounslow. 

Choose this type of room to hold conferences, board meetings, training, away days and events in Central London and close to main transport links. 

Booking online is easy:

  • Register to our Meeting Room Booking System;
  • Check on the Planner View the availability for the day and location of your choice;
  • Add the facilities you may need (laptops, projectors, etc..) and confirm your booking!

 

The prices for the conference rooms are:

Hounslow: from £35*

Borough and Old Street: from £125*

Please note that all our conference and board rooms are available for half day or full day, in these time slots:

  • 9 am to 5 pm
  • 1 pm - to 5 pm
  • 5 pm to 9 pm
  • 1 pm - 9 pm
  • 9 am to 9 pm
