At the end of last year we decided to ask our customers, 'what makes working in CAN Mezzanine charity office space different for you?'
Over the years, feedback on the benefits of working in a CAN Mezzanine building have included anything from FREE meeting rooms to 'all-in costs' to having friendly cleaners!
By providing office space exclusively to charities, social enterprises and not-for-profit organisations, we have always been aware of the strong community this has built of working amongst like-minded individuals. We've found further proof of this in recent years by the amount of colloborative and networking opportunties we've seen. A recent survey amongst our customers documented that:
77% of people learnt something new on a regular basis from other people/organisations based with us
52% of people reported a POSITIVE IMPACT on their business by being in CAN Mezzanine
36% have established business relationships... with a further 35% having generated revenue/won contracts!
But what is it that makes us different? What is that elusive, all-inclusive one USP?
At the end of last year, we decided to try and define it. By working with current CAN Mezzanine customers, Catch21, we set about turning the cameras - quite literally - on our customers and asked them 'what makes us different?'
