Who are High Pay Centre?
The High Pay Centre is an independent non-party think tank established to monitor pay at the top of the income distribution and set out a road map towards better business and economic success.
“We want to achieve a better distribution of pay throughout the economy. No one in the rest of the workforce has had a pay rise for the past 10 years pay has not kept up with inflation where as those at the very top have seen a 74% increase over 10 years and that’s because we have given all of the awards to the rewards to the top and we need to distribute them more fairly”
