CAN provides a variety of services to both charities and social enterprises but did you know that, regardless of whether or not you are renting an office space in one of our CAN Mezzanine's locations, you can make the most of our meeting rooms from as little as £25 per hour?


Where are CAN Mezzanine's meeting room facilities?

If you’re a charity or a social enterprise looking for meeting rooms in central London, you can choose from either CAN Mezzanine Borough, CAN Mezzanine Old Street or CAN Mezzanine Hounslow all of which are walking distance to good transport links.


What kind of meeting rooms does CAN Mezzanine offer?

Whether you’re looking to hold a conference, a meeting, a training session, an event or a one to one meeting, we can help you: our meeting and conference rooms can host 2 to 100 people in Central London locations like Borough and Old Street, or very close to Heathrow airport, in Hounslow. 

CAN Mezzanine provide small meeting rooms, conference rooms, boardrooms and videoconference rooms, exclusively for charities, social enterprises, not for profit organisations and social organisations. 

What time are the meeting rooms available?

Our London based meeting rooms can be booked between the following times:

  • Borough –   Mon – Fri (7 am – 9 pm), Sat (9 am – 4:30 pm)
  • Old Street – Mon – Fri (7 am – 9 pm), Sat (9 am – 4:30 pm)
  • Hounslow –  Mon, Weds & Fri (9 am – 6 pm), Tuesday & Thursday (9 am – 8 pm)

Please note that our conference rooms are available only for half or full day, in the following time slots*:

  • 9 am to 1 pm
  • 1 pm to 5 pm
  • 5 pm to 9 pm
  • 9 am to 5 pm
  • 1 pm to 9 pm
  • 9 am to 9 pm

* except on Saturday when bookings are allowed until 4:30 pm. 


What is included in our meeting room hire?

When you book a meeting room with CAN Mezzanine, your booking includes access to FREE WiFi.

We also provide FREE flipcharts, FREE tea, coffee and milk and shared kitchen facilities for you and your attendees/visitors.

You can choose to add some other facilities for your booking, like laptops, projectors and spider phones, just be sure to add them to the transaction before confirming your booking!

If you have any issue with that, you can contact us through our Live Chat or directly asking for the building Business managers.

All of our meeting rooms are in locations that have disabled facilities and access.
